Exits from Dell EqualLogic

Two quite senior former EqualLogic employees have walked the plank off the Dell EqualLogic ship.
They are Marc Farley, a Dell/EqualLogic evangelist, who has a video of why he's leaving on his Storage at Work blog and Roman Kichorowsky
Farley's says in his video, recorded whilst driving, says: "Big companies are just hard for me to do ... I need to be in a smaller company ... What a great team we had at EqualLogic. ... I really enjoyed working there; it was a really wild trip."
Kichorowsky was director of PR at EqualLogic and has been listed as a media contact at Dell. Kichorowsky was director of PR at EqualLogic and has been listed as a media contact at Dell. He has now apparently moved to FalconStor.
