Release: Neverfail Expands its North American Operations

Company Names New Vice President of Sales and Mobility Practice

AUSTIN, TX – July 1, 2008 – Neverfail, a leading global software company providing affordable continuous availability and disaster recovery solutions, today announced the appointment of Stas Wolk as Vice President of Sales for the Eastern US and Canada Region, and Americas Mobility Practice. Wolk will be based in Atlanta, Ga.

In his new position, Wolk is responsible for continuing the rapid growth of Neverfail’s mobility practice in the Americas, as well as leading the company’s enterprise sales team in the eastern U.S. Wolk has held executive leadership roles in both the wireless industry, where he has spent more than half of his 23-year professional career, and other new technology ventures.

Most recently, Wolk served as Senior Vice President of Sales at Omnilink, an innovator in location-based Services, utilizing GPS and RFID technology. Before joining Omnilink, Wolk spent nearly five years with Research in Motion (RIM), where he led the enterprise’s sales efforts in the southeast U.S. through the Cingular/AT&T carrier channel. He also has served as the Chief Operating Officer of Datalink.net, Group President of OSI and VP/GM at PageNet.
