Holmdel, NJ——April 1, 2008 —- Index Engines, the leader in enterprise discovery solutions, today announced the appointment of Tony Fusarelli as Vice President of Sales.

A seasoned executive with experience leading information technology sales organizations, Fusarelli will lead the growth of Index Engines’ sales team.

Fusarelli is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in defining, building and leading direct sales and global channel organizations. Throughout his career, he has provided expertise and leadership in direct and indirect sales, business development, go to market planning and sales operations, with a focus on enterprise information technology. Tony has proven success in both small and large scale environments in positioning new technology for broad base market acceptance. Fusarelli will be responsible for executing Index Engines’ worldwide sales strategy.

Recently, Fusarelli served as vice president of sales for Tactic Networks, which was purchased by Packeteer as a result of its success. Prior to Tacit Networks Fusarelli was VP of Sales at Lumeta Corporation where he was responsible for tripling the company’s revenue in less than two years. Fusarelli has also held executive sales positions at Visara International, General Signal Networks and INRANGE Technologies. At INRANGE he developed a worldwide product and channel sales strategy and grew the company’s international revenue stream by more than 200%.

Tony Fusarelli holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Waynesburg College in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania.
