Double-Take ® Software First IT Company to Receive Investor in Customers (IIC) Award

Recognised for ‘outstanding’ level of customer service

Worcester, UK, 31st March 2008 – Double-Take® Software (NASDAQ: DBTK), a leading provider of continuous data protection and recovery software, today announced it has received an “outstanding” level Investor in Customers (IIC) award.

This award is designed to reward excellence in customer service as well as to serve as an independent benchmark of achievement. The IIC recognises organisations that create long-term relationships with customers by understanding and consistently exceeding customer expectations of the services provided.

Double-Take Software achieved two stars in the IIC award, a level considered, ‘outstanding’.
